I most recently became a Bug Out customer approximately one year ago. I have found the proprietor, Mr. James Mills, to be diligent and punctual. Last year, we saw a couple of mice, spiders and different types of bugs running through our basement and our youth building. Thanks to James, our spider problem has cleared up.
